This isn't a review on Unilock as a company as much as it is a product complaint. Their customer service and reps are quite responsive so I think Unilock as a company is good and contractors will tell you they prefer Unilock over most others. My complaint is with the Onyx Black border bricks. I had a patio installed last year that ended up almost going to court and a large part of the complaint my black border bricks being blue. Unilock is a cult. The management lies and uses people. They hired me as inside sales promising year round work. Proceeded to have me do any odd and end thing they could think of during busy season. Then laid me off as soon as slow season hit. They talked to me days before about me closing on a mortgage loan and fired me before it could even close.
