It has come to my attention that some drivers will have hammers for the explicit intent to use them for intimidation or physical harm during disputes. This behavior is a severe liability and creates a dangerous environment for both the public and other professionals. The owner expressed zero concern for this incident he actually went on to say " You're lucky it wasn't in the USA his driver would have pulled out a gun ".
