Boss La T, was a great help yesterday. S/R has a new check-in and out app to work with your tablet and phone. A little secret, it's not quick!!!
Very good experience. They keep informing you with text messages. Even half of the trailer ready. etc. Communication is everything. Thank you. Check in lady was very nice too.
Another company to waste a billion dollars on a QR check-in that doesn't work !
very rude gate employees don't help with bad attitude their system sucks when they have wrong information
Don't expect any help when checking in unless you consider attitude and condemnation of your existence helpful... P.S. I've also delivered during the midnight hours and love the pajama uniforms. Unilever really knows how to hire professionals.
