Drivers, do yourself a favor and don’t arrive early at Unilever. Get there about 5 minutes before your appointment. I showed up an hour early for a 6am appointment. You will find that the convoluted QR check in/out process will frustrate you the most. I scanned the QR code and attempted to check in for a live unload. The system would not let me check in until exactly 6am. I sat there at the poorly lit small entrance looking at the lighted gate, waiting for the system to open up. My first time picking up from here, and my experience was good. My appointment was at 4:00 PM, and I was able to check in the night before. I'm happy the lady working let me drop off my empty and bobtail, so I didn't have to worry about parking at the Loves down the street. I received a few text updates on my load status until it was ready. Fast service, in and out, and it was smooth. I would definitely pick up from here again.

I had an amazing experience for my 1st time here. The young lady was so happy and smiling, she could make anyone's day brighter! And the gentlemen was very nice, friendly and helpful. I got here early and they gave me a door right away and I was loaded, with bills in hand and sealed by my actual appointment time! Ill p/u here any time!
