Have contacted this business, spoke with the owner, but he acts as though I've committed a crime against him. He has yet to hold an appointment to put my camera system back on line. I've moved on, but I want others to know that he never will send anyone out to help u with your camera needs. Can't see how he makes a living acting this way. So crazy.
Had a company build me a steel door and utilized the fingerprint lock sold by UniCCTV. Lock came without any instructions or guidelines and . Door knob that moves electronically was damaged after a week and door became useless. I notified company that the lock was not working and they advised i needed to buy a new one although there is a 2 year warranty on the lock. I asked if it could be repaired and they said no. After calling several renegers who either stood me up or just didn't show up (so unprofessional), I contacted and spoke to Mr. Larry at UnikCCTV who hooked me up with every thing I asked for and then some. Not only did he hook me up with an extra camara at NO CHARGE, he helped me with maintaining the extra wires that are in the ceiling causing havoc. On top of that, he still gave me a decent discount. I was extremely satisfied with the equipment, the customer service team helped me with the installation and were responsive when I had issues. I will use this solution again.
Hi I would not recommend using this company. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of Larry or any of his service guys. I paid Larry over $4000 for an intercom system and a camera system with the insulation which he still has not completed in four years. I have been calling and calling he comes looks at it and tells me that he’s going to send the technician out and they never call me and then when you call them back the next morning it’s like Groundhog Day they don’t know who you are.
