Fantastic service from Adam and beautiful floors. I purchased Uniq Parket flooring for my whole home renovation. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about the product and the different options available. I had originally selected another flooring brand for my Reno, but when I learned that my contractor hadn’t ordered the floors and they were no longer in stock, Adam worked with me to find new flooring and have it delivered as quickly as possible to avoid further project delays. I found Unik Parquet on Instagram, called and was able to book an appointment at their beautiful showroom on Crémazie the next day. When we got there we were welcomed by Frédérique who was very kind, answered all of our questions, showed great knowledge on the different products, and made sure to highlight the visual differences in the wood due to lighting/texture. Unik parquet nous été recommandé par notre designer et nous sommes satisfaits du produit final. Autre point positif les délais de livraison ont été respectés. Les planchers en chêne blanc que nous avons choisi confère un look intemporel et chaleureux à notre maison. Seul bémol: il serait bien d’inclure dans votre site web une section dédié à l’entretien particulier de ces planchers, par exemple comment réparer une égratignure superficielle.
