Very unprofessional
Dodgy builder stay away at all cost.Both husband and wife very clever and dodgy.very nice and responsive till you sign the contract .soon after signing the contract ,will start their tricks of not responding and deliberately making big and false promises.They will delay your project so much that you will be forced to cancel the contract.When you cancel the contract they will not refund your money.This all is very well planned.Stay away at all costs.I have already lodged case with vcat to get my refund and will follow until I... read more
Worst possible experience with these dodgy couple. This couple is very nice and responsive untill you sign a contract and pay them the deposit. Once you pay the first deposit they will become less responsive and there won’t be any progress in building work . They will frustrate you to a point where you will ask them to cancel the contract. Then they will be very nice untill you cancel the contract and will make you feel they that will refund the full deposit.
