Very unpleasant experience I had during my recent visit. When I arrived, the reception staff member neither greeted me nor informed the doctor that I was waiting. I stood there for some time before approaching her myself, and when I greeted her politely, she responded dismissively with “give me two seconds” without courtesy or professionalism. Appointment was over 10 minutes because the Doctor kept talking about random stuff. Young receptionist with glasses was rude and demanded a Long Consult Fee. I never agreed to that. Unprofessional Doctor, Receptionist and Practice. Avoid
The quality of service from the receptionists has declined, and I’m losing confidence in the care being provided. After waiting on hold for about 30 minutes, I was finally able to speak with someone, only to be told that the doctor had gone home to complete his telehealth appointments. To add to my frustration, I called reception again nearing the two-hour mark and was told that the doctor had started his telehealth appointments and I was third in the queue.
