Dr. Kelechi Ibegbulem is a horrible doctor he lied saying he called me and then when I ask him to call me back it’s been 2.5hrs he hasn’t called yet. And then he has the audacity to charge a patient for staying in his office for even an extra minute.
This is by far the worst practice I've been in my life (yes, even worse than ones I saw in 3rd world). Never book a phone consult because most of the time they never call it happened to me then they done it to my husband very poor service
disgusting service on the phone. who ever the lady is that answers the phone seriously needs a new job. all i’m doing is calling up about a missed phone call from the doctor which wasn’t even my fault. how dare you speak to me in such a disrespectful manor. a phone call shouldn’t be soo unpleasant. get a new job instead of making an experience as little as a phone call sooo unpleasant
