Making it a point to show appreciation for my travel agent, Xavier Rodriguez from Uniglobe. Some of you may have heard about the recent Dallas communication issues that caused over 150 flight cancellations. Xavier was in my corner helping me get through this chaos and communicating with me over hours of delays and cancellations and finding a new solution at each hurdle. I finally made it to my destination and I know it was because I had the help of Uniglobe. Thanks Xavier!
Terrible service! They did not give me the full itinerary, and they charged me 3 additional fees that they did not disclose beforehand. If you have to use them, do it all online.
Don't waste your time doing business or interviews with them.
We contracted with Uniglobe to coordinate a trip to a national park. I provided our basic information, when, where and activities. I received a proposal from Uniglobe and I responded with a few questions and suggestions. A few days later I received another plan and again it wasn’t exactly what we were looking for.
