They do not stand by the independent contractors they use as agents. Their contractor took $400 from us, and proceeded to plan a trip that was more than double the budget we stated....she gave no regard to our budget or any indication throughout the entire process that we were blowing past the budget. Outstanding service! The people of Uniglobe are truly the best! They have booked several trips for my family and they find the best flights and bookings. They are family owned and treat customers with excellence! The owner recently shared his personal list of favorite places in Rome with me and has checked in on me to make sure everything is going well.
