Great service and friendly staff.
Always nice when someone in the know saves you money without having to be asked. This company looks for the best outcome for its customers which is, in my opinion, great service. This is my 2nd need for glass work that included a new windshield and crack repairs. Both times walked out totally satisfied and all with no out of pocket expenses. Add to this their friendly interaction, relaxed environment while waiting, will definitely see me coming back.
Worst service ever seen, been waiting for Glass since 8 weeks and same answer every second week, it will be after two weeks. Edited: 1. Why should a customer call you for their complaint. You should reach out to customer and make things right or apologize. Or just ignore if you don’t like . I called in provided number and that’s not customer service department. Or branch manager. Just waste of time.
