Terrible experience with Uniglass Simcoe. Incompetent employees. The owner obviously hasn't heard of good customer service , or has no credibility. They installed a new windshield on 2019 Jeep Cherokee , didn't glue the rear view mirror properly . The mirror has fallen off five times . I keep taking it back to be fixed and now they're telling me the Jeep requires a new windshield. How can that be , when this company recently installed a new windshield. I would suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere for repairs.
