They were so great. I called to see if there was room for me and within the hour I was in and welcomed with incredible service. I was in and out in under 30mins which included their staff submitting the invoice to my insurance. Can recommend them enough.
My experience getting my windshield repaired here was absolutely incredible! The customer service was amazing. The lady at the counter explained everything to me and was honest about the fact that they may not be able to fix the crack because the rock made two spots in the glass and that they may have to replace the windshield. They ended up being able to repair it and fixed a previous repair spot that wasn't done properly by another company. Ok - the absolute BEST service! Contacted them on Wednesday to have a windshield replacement (insurance claim), and Natacha got back to me right away! Collected all the info she needed, and was able to get the part later that afternoon. She even contacted my insurance company to open the claim! I was able to drop my car off the next morning, they did the replacement and it was finished earlier than expected.
