If you like being treated with respect, go somewhere else, anywhere else but here! Uhaul booking and pick up: Booked my truck for an in store and counter pick up. Someone from the store, put my order as a mobile pick up but didn’t finalize the details, therefore I didn’t get an email notice that it was mobile.
