I'm not happy because the guy was only able to have fill half of it so I still have a half circle chip in my windshield and I feel that I should gave only paid half price .

When I checked in the male employee was very helpful and polite and explained the timing to me. When I picked it up a female employee was so rude. It put me off of the entire experience and I wouldn’t recommend going there. She needs an attitude adjustment and maybe a refresher course in customer service.
Absolutely amazing experience! I needed my back glass replaced as soon as possible since it’s my only vehicle, and these folks went above and beyond. I called first thing in the morning, they ordered the glass right away, and by 4 PM they let me know it likely wouldn’t be ready that day—which I totally understood given the circumstances. But then, just 10 minutes before closing, they called to say it was being done! They even left it outside safely so I could pick it up later that evening. Truly exceptional service. I was impressed with service from the installers. Very good customer service! Explained everything. That's why the 5 stars. I was not impressed with the customer service at the front desk. She seemed disturb when I said the installers said I could take the car. Also, I paid the deductible as it was covered by insurance. But when I asked her how much it was if I did not have insurance she seemed reluctant to let me know. I just felt I was not well received.
