My insurance sent the work order on Jan 9th to get a new windshield. My windshield has a large crack and this is rather urgent. I phoned them that same day to discuss my car windshield replacement. They said they will call me when the new windshield would arrive. 3 weeks later, still no call, I phoned them to inquire and they said they need to investigate why they haven’t taken any action and we’re not able to give me a timeline when the new windshield would be ordered or received!
