Actual service rating is negative 22. This company holds our earned benefits hostage by purposefully using antiquated and extremely difficult to use customer interface. Locked me out of my account, refuses to upload required data and doesn’t even have a working fax machine (the avenue of last resort). We are being ripped off by this company when they remove our necessary and promised health benefits by creating Herculean tasks in order to steal even more money from us.
