Been trying to get my Cobra Dental coverage re-opened for SIX weeks now. They terminated my coverage as of 01/31/25. This when I paid two months ahead. It is now 03/12/25 and STILL don't have my dental Cobra reopened. I'm paying for Dental Cobra that I can't even use, as its inactive/termed on Ameritas end. Dear God, this is the most inept company, the epitome of faceless bureaucrats that issue the same "customer care" (what a joke) responses to your questions, ignoring what you're actually asking. If I wasn't forced to deal with them through my employer I'd never have anything to do with them. Their email address doesn't even work! Their computer interface is garbage, and they are uncommunicative except to tell you you've done something nebulously wrong, but if you try to correct it, god help you. Total debacle. As a user of the app and customer, this is the most terrible thing I've ever seen designed. It's obviously a reflection of how bad this company is. I don't know why our University is using this organization.
Slow to take action and be helpful. Very disappointing.
Simple and easy site to use. My only complaint is that they don’t accept large files on an upload .
