Very disappointing experience I booked a meet-and-greet appointment about a month in advance over the phone and never received any email confirmation or reminder. When I called to today to confirm the details, I was told that it had been scheduled for that same day and that I should have followed up myself. I found that response unprofessional and dismissive. Spend so much money to remove a small pimple from my hand ...they made it look worse...very bad stitching...they called me back to ask for a follow up appointment...I told them my disappointment from the result and the lady didn't care at all.Not even a sorry...very unprofessional!
