My experience with this clinic was extremely frustrating overall. 1.I find the receptionist to be very intimidating, overall no empathy whatsoever. 2.The clinic itself isn't open at convenient timings, nothing during weekends or after hours for the working population" because of that it took me two months to get to an appointment. 3.location is in the middle of Toronto traffic... Went to see a derm here about a skin issue, at no point did they ever look at my skin over 3 appointments, no biopsy, just kept trying to get me to buy a $400 skin cream and when I did my research and found out it doesn't treat the issue I had, she refused to treat me and referred me to the worst reviewed derm in Toronto she could find. Ended up giving that treatment a try and surprise, it didn't work, and now I'm out $400. Avoid at all cost, especially if you're seeing a Dr. Ghossi, you will not be looked after. I feel very lucky to be a patient here. Very accessible after hours care for urgent matters. Have felt respected by the physicians here and my health matters appropriately addressed. Some front desk staff are friendlier than others. It is very difficult to reach someone by phone, however I have found they reply promptly to email and they offer an option to book an appointment online through Medeo.
