I recently had an incredible experience at Unify Health & Fitness with Shauna! From the moment I walked in, I felt truly cared for. She guided me through a comprehensive consultation where we discussed my personal goals, past injuries, and any setbacks I’ve faced. What a little gem here in our small city of Ahwatukee. After 5 classes I feel better and stronger walking, bending over for normal household chores and I think my posture is improving! I’m pretty amazed and thankful at the small class sizes and individual attention each person gets. Highly recommended!

Unity is Great space that encapsulates all things wellness and health. The owner Shauna so friendly and welcoming and goes through everything to set you up for success. I did the morning class all the elements of the class were just what I needed (stretching , mobility work & strength training). Space is clean, well organized and easy to find.

I have found my tribe. This is an amazing gym with targeted recovery, functional movement, and strength programs. The leadership is phenomenal and I'm grateful for their guidance. I have the highest positive bloodwork I've seen in my life over the last four months and hope to continue that trend.

I have tried SO many different workouts and have never found one that sticks. They all seem to be set up for failure. Not unify. Shauna fully sets every person up for success. Classes are in a small group format that is encouraging and non judgmental. Every individual will do exercises at their level with multiple modifications introduced for every activity. Shauna wants every person to succeed and it shows. I absolutely love it at Unify!
