They have outdated practitioners on their webpage and when you try to book with them they say they're not available like you're annoying them. They're using past clinicians as advertisement to steal client base. I told them they should update their website as they're falsely advertising now and they just said we'll pass that on even though it's been over a year since the clinic a left. Who knows what clinician you'll get if you actually make an appointment.
Chris is a thoughtful, patient and highly-skilled psychologist. Would highly recommend! The front-desk team is friendly and knowledgeable making everything a breeze. P.S. The Christmas decorations by Jess are highly tasteful and were a lovely surprise! 10/10
I was involved in a big vehicle accident 8 months ago resulting not only in physical injuries but also physcological trauma (PTSD, Paranoia and Severe Anxiety). It was hard for me to want to seek help (pride), but i'm glad i did.
