My wife has many complex pain issues. We travel over an hour just to be treated here. She is a nurse, and can easily identify poor care. The entire staff treats her with love and respect. She has improved so much, she is now independent. Dr. Jacob Wang is sadly relocating, but is in close contact with her local Doctors. He will be missed.
I had been going to Unifour for over 5 years with no issues. Last week I had an appointment for a shot. When I arrived I went through the normal process. When I got the insurance part I was told I owned $1200 for the shot since I had not met my deductable. I informed them that the website was incorrect and I had letters and EOB from my insurance company that stated that the website was wrong and my insurance carrier was fixing it.
