I have been buying items here for 26+ years and I can say that I am done. I bought a trouser belt 3 days ago, and bought one 2 sizes larger than my waist size like the woman said. When I got home it was too big so I went to exchange it. They proceed to tell me they can’t exchange it cause it’s been worn. I haven’t even worked since I bought it. It's clearly marked on the register and receipts that any item can be returned for a store credit within 30 days, but they don't follow their own policies. Wife was clear about the item being returned over the phone, yet they refused in store. Waste of time and money.
