I liked it better when Jackie owned it. I have noticed recently when I went in that I was not spoken to, nor offered any help from any of the employees. But when someone else walks in after me, they’re paid attention to though. I will not be back.
I was not acknowledged at no time during my visit, other people walked in after me and pleasantly greeted. I was very uncomfortable.
I just left the store on a busy saturday. There was only one girl working but man, she was killing it! I didn’t manage to catch her name but she was super helpful and informative with everything and despite the amount of people in the store while she was alone she kept a smile on her face and remained calm and collected through it all. Major props to her, her customer service skills are on point and i just wanted to shout her out!!!
Great store smelled so good and they had the biggest selection of uniforms ever. I asked for help to find what I needed and the worker helped me find it
I have been struggling to buy scrub pants online for months. And every time they come, they don’t fit right. Within 30 minutes, I have myself some new scrub pants, and even a few new styles from with material I really like. Eleanor hooked me up and helped me find the right size And it was all really good prices. Probably better than I was finding online.
