I purchased my daughters uniform in June and still to this day I am missing items from my order. I have made countless trips to this store to pick up items that i have needed from my order. I call constantly to check in on my order and it’s always the same excuse. It is now 9-11-20 without my full order.

they say you'd get "the same low price" in the store as online. boy i was wrong. felt rushed even in the clearence section. when i originally first wanted to check clearence for my size in blank shirts or even to see if by long shot a teachers shirt from my school was sold back. and wasnt asked if for the options in embroidering when i had a specific thing.
I have been purchasing my kids uniforms for the past two years. This company takes ONE AND A HALF MONTHS!! to send the uniforms. This year we had the wrong size yet again.
We have shopped here for years! Yesterday we bought all new uniforms. I went straight home a washed them , THEN noticed I was given 2 wrong skort styles by mistake. I took them back today and they replaced them at no charge, even though they had tags removed and had been washed. THIS is why we continue to shop here year after year! Great customer service! #MPCS
the website is always wrong for my child's school and when I try to contact them it takes forever for someone to call me back or answer the questions posted on their website.
