Fareed is very friendly and informative.
Fareed does absolutely nothing to manage this property. It’s something very strange with him that I can’t put my finger on. The other reviews will tell you he offers poor service, offers to help but he does nothing to fix concerns or problems. My building is infested with ROACHES! He does not care or respond to the matter at all. He ignores your messages and is dismissive almost always. Went to see a property for my small family and I. The house was beautiful, very clean, well maintained, and taken care of. I received text updates prior to and during the viewing so there was no lack in communication. Praying everything works out pushing forward!
