Rudest people I have ever spoken with on the phone. Refused to help me. Talked to me like I was 3 years old.
In the store, when purchasing items that are there, it was a good experience. They offered assistance and were friendly. The problem lies in their customer service when things need to be embroidered or applied to uniform shirts. They often give you different styles than what you originally ordered. They rarely get an order correct. A shirt that we ordered to be embroidered arrived without any embroidery and that was their 2nd or 3rd attempt at getting the order correct.
The Uniform House! Thank goodness for you and your awesome owner! I was struggling to find a long sleeve button up with buttons on the collar. I called after hours not expecting an answer. I got one and she waited for me to get there! Thank you so much for making my day easier!!! I will be back!!!
