WORST customer service EVER I will NEVER order my this trash store ever.Took someone 7 minutes to even acknowledge that I was a customer. I will make sure EVERYONE knows about the horrible treatment that was provided.

Needed a certain color scrub top for work and I wanted to order in the store to save on the shipping. I was told that wasn’t possible but I could look online myself so I did. I found what I needed but would end up having to pay an extra 7$ for shipping and wouldn’t get the 20% discount that I could in the store because the manager wouldn’t let the lady who was helping me do it. There was only one other person in the store. I have shopped at other stores and usually they are very happy to place an order for their customers.
This particular story is great, however the online orders have gotten HORRIBLE!!. I placed an order, the money was taken from my account and 10 days later I still don't have my merchandise! I have sent 3 emails that have not been answered, tried calling customer service only to have no one answer the phone after 20 mins on hold. Horrible customer service. I don't know what has happened with this company as I have ordered from them before and never have had a problem....
The ladies at Uniform City are awesome, Cherry helped me today and saved me time with finding what I needed!

I can't imagine ever going anywhere else for my scrubs. The staff was absolutely the best! The manager took her time to help me find the correct size and brand I needed. I am making Uniform City in Clearwater my number one store from now on.
