Im so disappointed in UA. I have used them for 6 years and this is the first issue ive ever had with them. I havent had a job since November and I start my new job on Monday. I needed scrubs before then, so since money is tight my MIL helped out with getting some. No overnight parking but can park next door warehouse. Unloaded in 30 minutes
I’ve actually worked in this establishment so I know what’s up. Out of 10, I’d rate it a 1. I started December 2024 and resigned in April 2025. As my time spent there, I’ve yet gotten to know who my supervisor was. The management team is incompetent, unprofessional and unorganized. They’re not willing to help you as you’re an associate and them being management. The department I was in is called Fulfillment and it’s the worst and most lowest paying department they have. I ordered a scrub top and pants. The top fits, the bottoms are too large. It is a nightmare to exchange or replace the bottoms. Not everyone has a printer. Why do I have to pay $8.99 to return them? I am now stuck with a bottom I will never wear, I am out my money. I will Never purchase from them again. This is exactly why I shop for 95% of my things on Amazon. They make any returns or exchange easy and I don't have to pay to return. Very Disappointed with this experience.
The PAY rate is $16.00/hour which is horrible for what they’re expecting from you. The department I was in is full of incompetent leadership. The management team is atrocious, not up to par and useless. They do not communicate well and your coworkers are gossipers, they’re very messy and everything is not maintained the right way. I advise anyone who’s seeking employment to never apply to the Fulfillment department at Uniform Advantage.
