The PAY rate is $16.00/hour which is horrible for what they’re expecting from you. The department I was in is full of incompetent leadership. The management team is atrocious, not up to par and useless. They do not communicate well and your coworkers are gossipers, they’re very messy and everything is not maintained the right way. I advise anyone who’s seeking employment to never apply to the Fulfillment department at Uniform Advantage.

I was literally let go from this job 4/21/2025 because “my production numbers were low” mind you, I’m 22 weeks pregnant, and yall still expect me to rip and run and bend and twist and stretch and possibly harm my unborn child? Yall do not care about nobody.

Absolutely awful! They don’t communicate nor do they answer the phone you have to call a thousand times to finally speak with somebody, they don’t responds to emails either. They offered me a job I was sent to do my back ground check and drug screen. Everything was good with both they called and said they decided not to move forward with no explanation. I love the atmosphere and work.bIf only they had in door AC,this would be the perfect job for me. I will be returning.
