I had ordered several sets of scrubs a week ago and never received an update. They went ghost mode. I couldn't find my order # on their site. Their website was down? So I had to buy my scrubs somewhere else. TODAY they sent me an email saying that they had network issues and that they were fulfilling the order. I asked them to cancel it and NOT charge me. Why is this site still active on website, i wasted $50 in Uber transportation just to get there and it does not exist.
Im so disappointed in UA. I have used them for 6 years and this is the first issue ive ever had with them. I havent had a job since November and I start my new job on Monday. I needed scrubs before then, so since money is tight my MIL helped out with getting some.
