I would not recommend these "lawyers". They would not recommend me. I hope you would keep in my Union dues pay their salary. If you have to use them keep it simple and do not give them anything complicated. All you are dealing with is “salaried” lawyers. If you were ever in a Union you would know how people get their jobs. In my case the “lawyer” undermined my agreement to purchase. He worked in the best of the sellers agent and the seller. Then he made me pay for it.
