⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a 45-minute remedial massage at Uniflex yesterday and it was fantastic from start to finish. Armi was so warm and welcoming, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly before getting started. The massage itself was incredible — Armi is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, and managed to work out some pretty serious tension, knots, and pain that had been bothering me. I left feeling so much better. Can't recommend this place enough — go see Armi if you get the chance!
I cannot recommend Armi highly enough. I’ve had multiple hip surgeries and a full hip replacement at only 36 years old, and as a result I deal with ongoing tightness and compensation issues throughout other areas of my body. I’ve had three sessions with Armi, and I’m now completely free from the neck and back pain that was once affecting my daily life. He took the time to really understand the root of the issue, focusing not just on the painful area but also on surrounding muscle groups that may be contributing to the problem. His approach has helped improve blood flow and supported my body’s natural healing process. I highly recommend Armi to anyone looking for effective, thoughtful care for their health.
I booked in for a sports therapy massage as I'd increased my boxing/kickboxing training intensity in a short space of time and my muscles had become quite tight. Armi did an incredible job pinpointing the exact areas I needed work on and providing the right amount of pressure. I was so pleased with the result that I sent my partner in for a massage a few days later and he was equally as pleased! We'll be regular customers going forward.
I have been to many different masseuses and I can vouch that Armi is the best person to see! I live quite an active lifestyle and my muscles tend to get overworked.
