Absolutely great customer service, Chris and Carlos truly care about their community. Terrible business model . They know when they should charge and when they shouldn't, so if they take an order to your place and you're not their they charge you anyway. And they know they shouldn't, but they do it to "teach you a lesson" is my theory. I think they should keep an eye on Cintas because they might be doing something better than them .... Cody Romero needs a promotion
