My husbands workplace started using this service recently. Well for starters it took FOREVER to get the 1st set of uniforms. The pick up is on Mondays and the delivery is on Fridays. The laundry person that picks up shows up before they are even open and waits at his shop so therefore on several occasions my husbands uniforms weren't picked up because the ONLY person there before 8AM is the manager.
