They used to be really good. Now I'm getting cleaned rags that are still dirty and covered in chemicals. I have to rewash all the rags that they send us before I can even use them. They're also taking all of our mop heads and not replacing them I'm having to leave notes and get on to them about it. They need to step up their game.
we switched from alsco to unifirst,, had my doubts at the beginning but Chuck has done a great job!
