Lack professional manner, very rude customer service and representatives. Have not had a service this unrespectable and bad in a while. DONT service here. It is not worth it.

If I could give this place a negative 10 I would. The worst service I ever received in my life. They are scammers and thieves. They charge you weekly but always missing more than 1 item. My rugs always mossing. My towels always short. So I canceled with them and I had already paid for the week in full. They were supposed to come next week and pick up everything.
