What a whirlwind! I started a 42 program with Unified Training Centre and wowza was it tough! I’m currently on day 30 and this has been one of the craziest changes I’ve made in a long time. But UTC has thought of everything! You get a personal nutrition plan, 3 coached classes a week and you have an accountability coach on call who checks in with you regularly and continuously pushes you to keep taking that next step! Joining Unified back in January 2025 was the best decision I’ve made to date. I was in a time of my life where I had been experiencing a continuous cycle of losing some weight then gaining it back because I wasn’t staying consistent. I wasn’t happy with my life, my health, my appearance, or my fitness abilities. I wasn’t doing the right things with my diet or my exercise regimen. This gym truly cares about its members. From the very first day, I could tell they are not just focused on taking your money -they genuinely check in on you and make sure you’re on the right path. They support you with your meals, fitness classes, and overall progress, which makes a huge difference. It feels like a real community that wants to see you succeed, not just another gym. Highly recommend!
