They support you with your meals, fitness classes, and overall progress, which makes a huge difference. It feels like a real community that wants to see you succeed, not just another gym. When i came in for a 6 week transformation that i was offered online me and the owner agreed on free week to start and if i didnt like it i would walk away without any money exchanged it was a verbal handshake agreement.
