I was nervous at first since everyone seemed to know what they were doing, but Unified has turned out to be such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. I have done the regular gym thing, had a personal trainer before and never achieved the kind of results I have here in this amount of time. The coaches are encouraging, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable no matter your level. I’m so glad I joined Unified—it is truly a place where you can succeed.

Awesome Gym, for serious people who really want to accomplish a healthier, and more balanced lifestyle. Good mix of HIIT, boxing, kickboxing and weight training along with the key to actually losing weight: nutrition. If you are finally at a point when a lifestyle change is needed, be it for medical, physiological or even psychological (stress or body image) reasons... I cannot recommend Unified Training enough.

This was a great experience overall! I really enjoyed being in a group with other people working towards the same goals, anytime I had a question I always received a quick response, and the goals were realistic. Highly recommended

Unified isn't just a gym, its a community. A community of like minded people who've made health and fitness a lifestyle choice. A community of people who encourage each other to be their best. A community of positive energy, laughter, dancing, and kick-ass work outs!

I love the positive and motivating atmosphere in this gym, makes working out fun and engaging. I look forward to every class that I go.
