We bought a house on 5 acres. It ended up being a house on 2.5 acres, with another 2.5 acre lot. Because of a big mistake by this office, we didn't legally own the 2.5 acre lot, for 2 years and didn't even know about it. It took 2 years to the day, after originally closing, to notify us and partially fix it. They did it automatically and notified us. The fix was put in my mother's name, instead of the trust.
