I read Kenneth L's complaint and felt it appropriate to add my own comment, as my experience was just the opposite. I had ordered binders previously from Unified, and they were of excellent quality. Shortly after I reordered (and paid for in advance) in May several years ago, Unified Packaging had a fire and had trouble filling my order. Doug M***** and Unified Packaging, Inc. of Denver, Colorado stole $1,306.50 with a scam. They asked me to send them a copy of a check as a good faith effort. I emailed them a copy of the check I was going to send them by mail should we come to an agreement for their printing services. We were unable to come to an agreement. I did not send the check. Unified Packaging, Inc. of Denver, Colorado deposited into their bank account the emailed copy of the check I never sent them. I still have the check but the $1,306.50 was taken ... read more

These comments by this customer are false. The customer signed off on the order acknowledgement, signed off on the art proof, sent a scan of his deposit, along with a scan of the mailing envelope, which we converted to an electronic payment, and instructed us to begin production on his job that day. We did everything we were instructed to do and have everything documented in writing and signed off by the customer.
