Great experience. They were able to help me immediately with my medical equipment needs. Nice and caring staff. I will use them again and recommend to anyone needing medical equipment.
I don't even want to give any stars. My experience with them was more than unpleasant. I won't go into my situation. Customer service was extremely rude. I have never had to deal with a company that had heartless people representing them. But when everything is about money and orders, what do I know? We had to use the equipment for a bit longer than expected. They were still getting paid but wanted the equipment. So they could make more money, I guess. I understand people have jobs to do.
