We wish we read the reviews before going with this insurance. Too easy and too good to be true. It was the easier set up when we needed to “bridge the gap” during our move in case of emergency. They made it sound so grand and told us what would be covered and the anticipated co-pay. My husband and I both got sick, me twice in the month we had this insurance. They paid NOTHING!! This is not a heath insurance company. It can be compared to Aflac as you get payments for some items, however it does not cover real medical expenses. Not prescription coverage and what they suggest for prescription coverage or discounts Prescription Hope did not cover any of my medications. This is a pointless and wasteful company and they should not be able to operate as such.

They scammed my father out of over $2000 for a $300 dollar life insurance policy. Stay AWAY! Legal Scammers taking advantage of the old and uneducated

Was on hold for 28 minutes. Told girl what I wanted. It is now 20 more minutes of hold. So far customer service sucks!
