I bought a health insurance from them. At the beginning their seller told me that they cover my MRI, Doctor Visit, and Hospital expenses. Unfortunately, 3 months after buying this insurance, I got a bill from my doctor office and the hospital because my insurance did not cover the expenses. I called the claim department, and they screw me up by explaining something unrelated to the policy. They hold you over the phone for a long time then hanged up. JUST DO NOT TRUST THIS HEALTH INSURANE COMPANY AT ALL

This is regarding their Health Insurance coverage. If I could leave 0 stars I would. 1. You get the runaround when calling their customer services dept. and 2. they always give you a number to call which takes you to a clearing house trying to sell you something else. I have spent several hours trying to get a claim filed as my healthcare provider does not send in claims to this company. Over the last 2 years I have paid premiums in the thousands and as of yet never received one benefit. I would not recommend this company t... read more
