Ordered a new entry door. The called and told me that the first door ordered was the wrong size ( too small) and the new door was $90 more. When they came to install, it was too big. Lost a day of pay to be home for install. No, the won't reimburse me for my lost wages. No, I cannot cancel my order and get my money back. YEs, it will take 8 more weeks for a new door to be ordered. Idiots. Will not be using this company again. The guys that came to install were very apologetic and just as pissed off as I was.
