Luis was very responsive and professional. Our AC system failed in stages, starting with the outdoor condenser when the motor overheated and the fan blade came loose while running, which damaged the blade and compressor. After that, the evaporator coil and TXV in the attic also needed replacement. We had trouble with our old furnace during some really cold, snowy weather. Unified Heating, Air & Electric explained everything clearly and helped us figure out the best solution.
