We first contacted another HVAC company, and they quoted us more than $5,000 to replace the coils in our AC unit after saying the evaporator coils had iced up. They could not clearly explain what caused the freezing and kept pushing us toward a full AC system replacement, even though our unit is still fairly new. I highly recommend Unified Heating, Air & Electric. Our furnace stopped working during a very cold stretch in Lone Tree, and they responded quickly to get the heat restored. They were honest, clear, and knowledgeable throughout the furnace repair process. If there was something specific to our system they needed to verify, they were upfront about it and worked hard to get the right answers instead of guessing.
