joseph was very responsive and professional. our heater broke down and had several issues, including the motor overheating and some parts getting damaged. we had to replace a few components, and joseph made sure the job wasn’t finished until the heater was not only fixed, but working perfectly. he even checked in a few days later to make sure our heat was running great in east meadow.
