This is my second review for Unified Heating & Air Conditioning. Joseph and Darrell performed maintenance on my heating system recently. They were knowledgeable, professional, and honest—really great guys. I have a hot air HVAC system in my townhouse. Previously, I had a boiler with radiators, so I wasn't used to the dust. I discovered Unified Heating & Air Conditioning while searching online when my furnace stopped working. I’m so grateful for Darrell! I had an AC problem that felt impossible to resolve. I recently had an old furnace and A/C replaced with a new Trane system. My house is quite old and made of brick, which made it tricky to keep the temperature consistent from one floor to another. I was really impressed to discover that the new system maintains a comfortable temperature across all three floors within just a few degrees! Plus, the furnace operates much less frequently than the previous one. I have worked with several different furnace repair companies over the years. I finally found a great one! I have an older furnace that has been having some issues lately. Unified Heating & Air Conditioning came out to my home twice. The first visit was to replace an electric board, and the second was to install a capacitor. They were quick, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to us.
