Services are provided in a relaxed and non judgmental manner. Individual attention from the trainer in exercise classes is very good. I've made a lot of progress in a few months with my fitness through dietitian and trainer/physio programs here, and the regular updates to programs means it never gets tedious. I never in my life actually used to look forward to visiting a gym until now.
Always prompt, service delivered by friendly staff. Exercises planned with individual needs in mind and always tries to ensure diversity and make them fun and interesting for clients.
Physio Kim has been amazing!! Sorted out my tendonitis, while keeping me active and followed after my sessions to make sure I’m injury free and keeping up with my training. Kim as well as Tia in admin are always friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend
