Nice office staff, but I don't think my doc is giving PCP referrals. I may try it again to see if the doc will refer. The doctor didn't give me a referral, despite my complains about long term pain. Then, there was never an outright denial; so, it was a waste of time. I changed PCPs. at a totally different location. It is like night and day. Doc appears like he is too busy at hospital, mostly treating nicotine. My new PCP--with the same insurance--gave me a referral right away! I only tried one of the doctors at Unified. I h... read more
Doctor palla, is one of the most amazing, awesome, compassionate, caring about your health. Will run 100 labs to check your health. Try to get in with him the best you can. The best doctor!!
Dr T and staff are incompetent to say the least. They conveniently "forget" to call in required documents needed to receive treatment. Delaying-denying treatment. Had to go to emergency at av hosp. To get pain relief. Now this will be followed up by generic " sorry" from automated non caring "thing" RUN AWAY BEFORE ITS TOO LATE
