I made the best decision switching my insurance this year and choosing a new doctor's office that truly care. The office manager Frankie was incredibly welcoming and reassured me that this is office has the best physicians in the Antelope Valley and she was right! Very clean and professional atmosphere, I highly recommended
Nice office staff, but I don't think my doc is giving PCP referrals. I may try it again to see if the doc will refer. The doctor didn't give me a referral, despite my complains about long term pain. Then, there was never an outright denial; so, it was a waste of time. I changed PCPs. at a totally different location. It is like night and day. Doc appears like he is too busy at hospital, mostly treating nicotine. My new PCP--with the same insurance--gave me a referral right away! I only tried one of the doctors at Unified. I h... read more
Doctor palla, is one of the most amazing, awesome, compassionate, caring about your health. Will run 100 labs to check your health. Try to get in with him the best you can. The best doctor!!
