Dr T and staff are incompetent to say the least. They conveniently "forget" to call in required documents needed to receive treatment. Delaying-denying treatment. Had to go to emergency at av hosp. To get pain relief. Now this will be followed up by generic " sorry" from automated non caring "thing" RUN AWAY BEFORE ITS TOO LATE
Don’t waste your time with this incompetent office. Doctor and staff never return calls, getting medication needed is a nightmare and if they receive important information approving physical therapy etc they won’t pass along the info. Better offices out there.
Nice office staff, but I don't think my doc is giving PCP referrals. I may try it again to see if the doc will refer. The doctor didn't give me a referral, despite my complains about long term pain. Then, there was never an outright denial; so, it was a waste of time. I changed PCPs. at a totally different location. It is like night and day. Doc appears like he is too busy at hospital, mostly treating nicotine.
By far the best primary care in the antelope valley I would bet it's the best primary care in California!!! Dr Panoussi is so attentive he doesn't beat around the bush he gets to the point but in the same aspect is very nurturing and caring. With my health issues thru the roof he personally calls to make sure I'm doing what I need to and getting me everything I need to get my health back in order. I'm sure when all my ducks are in a row and my issues are behind me I will be a healthier man in better shape than I ever have be... read more
