A huge shout out to Unified fitness! I joined the gym about 9 months ago to help me progress with my weight loss journey. I didn’t have high hopes of sticking with the workouts because I never liked exercising before. But here I am working out every morning 6 days a week! I also wasn’t a morning person🫣. The coaches here make each workout fun and entertaining with their enthusiasm and variety of moves. If you are looking for some great workouts with a group that feels like family, join Unified Fitness today!
Great coaches, great people, no judgement! If you don’t like to think about what to do for your workouts this is the place for you. Coaches design workouts that will hit every muscle group throughout the week. There are also challenges throughout the year to help you reach your goals.
I love this gym, it’s a community of people who rally together for you when your down and cheer you on to the end.

I've been with UF for about 9.5 years now. It's not only a great group workout, but the coaches and members are like family! I have since moved from the area but continue with the gym virtually online in the morning. It makes my day to see familiar faces and continue on with the workouts from home:)
