The best place for group fitness. I love coming here.
I've been with UF for about 9.5 years now. It's not only a great group workout, but the coaches and members are like family! I have since moved from the area but continue with the gym virtually online in the morning. It makes my day to see familiar faces and continue on with the workouts from home:)

I started at Fit Body Boot Camp, which switched over to Unified Fitness, about 8 years ago. It’s a true testament to a great gym when there are so many members that have been there for years! Nicole is a wonderful owner/coach who is there to help you accomplish your goals and I cannot say enough about the amazing members, many who have become lifelong friends. If you’re looking for a new gym home give Unified Fitness a try…I promise, you won’t be disappointed!!
