The therapists are kind, compassionate, and truly care about the families and children they work with. The environment feels supportive and welcoming, and it’s clear the staff are passionate about helping others. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for counseling support.
Went through a process of having to give insurance information and then not knowing if you’re accepted you just have to wait to see if you get a call from a therapist. Who asks you what your problems are ( sounding disinterested from the beginning ) to immediately tell you they aren’t accepting insurance. When you ask why they hang up on you. Great way to treat someone who is self conscious of even trying to get into therapy for help. They don’t want to help you they just want to line their pockets…
