The direct care staff at Unified Community Services are genuinely amazing, dedicated, and highly skilled individuals who work incredibly hard to support the community. It's clear they are passionate about their mission and provide exceptional service despite what appear to be significant internal and external obstacles. Felt like I knew more than my “therapist” did.
Don't seem all that interested in actually listening to people during a mental health crisis. They will say they know everything about you even if they have never personally worked with you and even yell at you if you disagree with them. Don't bother talking with them if you are in a crisis.
Been going through these guys for over 5 years and I haven't had anyone better than Becky Very helpful, listens, and actually does what she can to help in a crisis. I've never had better care like this. I'm very blessed to be the most stable as I am now as I have ever been in my whole life
