To my colleagues and other dental professionals. Beware. I would highly advise against working with Unident Laboratories. When it comes to dental laboratories we are faced with many choices. I value the following things when working with a new lab. They must be: 1)Upfront about fees, 2) organized and deliver cases on time and if deadlines can’t be met, they are clear when cases will be ready with ample notice 3) appropriate care and client customer service is given when mistakes are made, and most of all 4) the final prosthe... read more
This lab is horrible. Takes about 4 transfers to get to talk with a technician. The staff seem don’t know what they are doing. Unorganized and unprofessional.
Poor quality, poor customer service. You get what you pay for here. Avoid.
