I've been working out with Frank for over a year now and my fitness level and strength has totally changed. He introduced me to heavy weights and workouts that I would never have done on my own. He's very knowledgable, flexible, and professional. I highly recommend!

I cannot explain how incredibly happy I have been with my personal trainer, Frank! I reached out to him because I wanted to focus on a specific area of my stomach. After a 30 minute session I felt that burn (a great feeling!) for another 3 days! I wish virtual personal trainer sessions would have been available prior to Covid.
