I am completing my 6th week at Unicus and I'm absolutely loving it. I've never done CrossFit and the owners and coaches have been very accommodating with scaling my workouts to better suit my needs. I can honestly say that CrossFit has changed my life in just 6 weeks. I've dropped 15 lbs and I continue to get stronger every week. I said I'd NEVER do CrossFit but here I am. You definitely need to give it a shot!
UNICUS Athletics is not just a CrossFit gym. It’s a culture and a family. The coaches are amazing providing one on one instruction to all the members from novice to the most advanced. They push you when you need it most and teach technique to ensure the best envy for the least amount of injuries. It’s a family friendly environment, and One of the best line items I can speak to is how the kiddos see adults persevere and they are learning life skills and lessons first hand from the people they look up to most.
