I highly recommend Unicus Athletic / CrossFit Argyle for anyone! As a CrossFit gym owner across town, I’ve recommended this gym to many former members moving to the area and I was finally blessed to visit myself last week for a great early morning class. Sparkling clean facility set on a ranch with beautiful morning sunrise views, great people, coaches, and equipment! If you’re in the argyle area, you have to check out Coach Braden over at Unicus. He’s been helping others for so many years, we’ve all lost count!
Best programming in North Texas. I’ve increased strength and mobility and all my major movements since joining a year ago. Also, they’re super family friendly.
Unicus Athletics is an all around, awesome gym! The community is full of kind and encouraging members who truly enjoy doing fitness with others, no matter where they are in their journey. The coaches teach movement in tangible ways and communicate the importance of doing it correctly! They keep a watchful eye to make sure that happens. The gym is always clean, organized and has all the tools/toys needed to get your workouts in! They have helped make fitness fun again in my life. I’m so glad I walked through those doors.
Unicus Athletics is hands down the best gym in DFW! The coaching is top-notch — knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in your progress. The community is incredible too — everyone pushes and supports each other, making every workout something to look forward to. Couldn’t ask for a better place to train!
If you’re looking for a GREAT trainer I would choose Unicus hands down!
